Shipping policy

TYD Ships from the United States internationally.

• All items ship via USPS to United States. International shipping is done through UPS or DHL.
• All orders will be shipped in order of completion. You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number when your item is shipped.
• Delivery times once an item is shipped are usually 2-5 business days in the US and 3-14 days internationally though shipping times have been dramatically affected by COVID.
•  If you don't see a confirmation email after placing your order, please check your Junk/Spam folder.
• Once your order has shipped, please use the tracking number provided to monitor the delivery status.
• Client is responsible for reshipping fees if address is incorrect and order is returned to TYD.
